PLEASE HAVE YOUR HAIR WASHED AND DRYED WITH NO PRODUCTS IN (NO GREASE, NO OILS), AND FREE OF EXTENSIONS. 3. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 4. PAY DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING & BRING THE REMAINDER OF YOUR SERVICE IN CASH or PayPal/cash app (cash app will be an additional $3 fee)& Keep in mind the deposit is deducted from total balance. ‼️ 5. As a human being, I try my best to perfect all my work. You are booking an appointment to hold your spot for that DAY. If you need to be somewhere, do not book the day you’re busy, choose before. To keep from any hair delivery delays please, book your appointment A WEEK IN ADVANCE‼️ •Please don’t bring a used frontal or closure that someone else has installed in your head before. I will not install and your deposit will not be refunded!!! I only reinstalled the frontal or closure if I installed it for you!!! *** 🚨🚨If you break out or blister up from the lace glue, Your hair style isn’t refundable and I will not fix it for free. I have nothing to do with your skin and the reaction you have from the glue!!! You are allergic to the glue if you break out and you will need to take the lace off asap!!!!! No refunds or discounts!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 *days and times to bring frontals are Tuesday-Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday-Saturday 9am-9pm Do not bring it on Sunday or Monday I’m off those days •Please make sure your frontals, closures & wigs are brought to me ahead of time. 3 days or a week before appointment!! If not there will be an extra $50 frontal fee & $20/closure fee • DO NOT DELIVER any old frontals, closures & wigs with wear and tear. •Please make sure your used frontals, closures, wigs & bundle hair is cleaned, washed & free of odor before you arrive. • Please make sure your frontals, closures, wigs & bundle hair is de-tangled before you arrive to your appointment. • Hair can be mailed to address if you do not want to make two trips to me. I will need hair 3 days before appointment. It’s up to you to keep track of delivery and keep me updated! .if your lace lifts up or have white residue within 2 days I will do a touch up for free . after 2 days you will have to pay for a touch up . Your lace may be lifting from sweating, oily skin and not keeping proper maintenance • frontals/ closures usually last 2-3 weeks depending on the person wrapping their hair up correctly every night and their skin type. It is required that you remove the frontal every 2-3 weeks and have the lace cleaned and your skin! Please don’t expect the lace to last if you have very oily skin and you sweat a lot!!! It will not last!!! • DO NOT DELIVER any synthetic hair, i only work with human hair. • lace prefered: HD lace (what lace!!❤️), transparent, or brown lace PLEASE REMEMBER THAT A GREAT INSTALL STARTS WITH QUALITY HAIR ‼️ *15 minutes late there will be an additional $20 fee added to your service. After 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable when booking! If you cancel your appointment you will have to cancel within 48 hours before appointment to move appointment to another day
